Lubricant packaging has one functional requirement that general bottle tooling ignores: the customer must see the oil level. Welded or glued strips fail in the field and slow the line down, so the MP70D-2 machine is configured to mould the view strip directly into the HDPE wall in the same cycle. The machine is set up for the 1L lubricant bottle family: a two die head layout on a double station frame, water cooled modular blow pins matched to thin walls, and hot wire cutting
